Windows 7 (all versions) don't include DX9 either, fritz needs DX9 to run, it would help if anyone does suffer from crashes, please list your OS, (32bit or 64bit) and if you have installed DX9 (as windows 7 onward doesn't include that version as standard) and also what hardware you are using, graphics card / chip, also make sure if its a laptop, make sure that your main 3D deivce is the default,Ī number of programs don't automatically detect or use the correct chip / card, this is most noticable in laptops, as some games will use the CPU (some CPUs like the intel I3 and onward have their own graphics part built in, but generally they aren't very good.
